Description:
The Translational Genomics Laboratory provides services for 1) nucleic acid preparation, 2) genotyping, and 3) gene expression profiling.

Services Offered:
  • For nucleic acid preparation, isolation, quantification and qualification (if applicable) of either formalin-fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) or fresh tissue/cells
  • For DNA, a range of activities from whole-genome genotyping to more focused studies using standard or custom single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) performed on human samples. Results include clustering of samples, amplification and/or deletion of genes
  • For RNA, gene expression profiling interrogates multiple whole-genomes or focused sets of target genes across large sample populations. The gene expression profiling can be performed on either human or mouse samples. For partially degraded RNA, cDNA-media
