Why the math question?
Tracking and Evaluation

Evaluation of complex systems made up of multidimensional matrices is extremely difficult. However, without evaluation, success is usually defined by assumptions that are frequently wrong. The products of evaluation provide the evidence that informs future growth and development. Within this construct, evaluation of the Indiana CTSI will be complex, and yet the outcomes should reveal not only overall success but also areas for improvement or radical change in approach.
