Accelerating Clinical and Translational Research
Before starting a research study, investigators must receive final approval from the Indiana University Institutional Review Board (IRB). There are three types of reviews that the IRB provides: "Exempt," "Expedited" or "Full Review." Please see the Human Subjects Compliance Office website for descriptions of studies that will qualify under each designation.
