A general overview of the Indiana CTSI that can be used in documents such as funding proposals to demonstrate how the presence of the Indiana CTSI generally strengthens the environment. If specific services are requested and described, that would need to be developed and tailored for each specific proposal.
Form to request a letter of support from Anantha Shekhar, MD, PhD, Indiana CTSI Director. This form lists the basic information Dr. Shekhar would need to consider a letter of support. A draft letter is available for review and investigators are encouraged to provide a draft to Dr. Shekhar along with including the basic information.
