Research Education, Training and Career Development

The Indiana Clinical Investigation and Translational Education (CITE) Program will transform research education, training, and career development at our institution through the creation of new K12 and T32 translational training programs, a new Masters degree for clinician-scientists, translational tracks for Ph.D. scientists, and the development of new programs that provide translational research training for multiple learners, as well as extensive career mentoring. These advances will result in a paradigm shift in our institutional cultures by facilitating interactions and collaborations among investigators and learners from a wide range of backgrounds, teaching them a common language, and helping them share common or complementary goals in the conduct of cutting-edge clinical and translational research.
