MS in Clinical Research Graduate Application

Before applying to the Master of Science in Clinical Research degree program, the applicant should schedule an interview with the Program Director. To schedule this appointment, please contact the Training Program Manager (see below).

Please read information carefully.

For your convenience, the on-line application to the Graduate Program can be started, put on hold and completed on a different day. This will allow you to gather needed information and to compose your Personal Statement as you have time.

Required information includes:

  • Three letters of recommendation (can be submitted on-line or mailed).

    Each letter of recommendation should be from individuals familiar with your ability to do scholarly work. Select three people who know your academic abilities and potential and request that each complete one of the recommendation forms found in the on-line application.

  • One copy of all transcripts.
  • One original copy of the official transcript(s) of all previous college and university work, documenting each course taken and all degrees awarded must be mailed to:

The application fee of $45 may be paid by MasterCard, Visa or American Express.

Please be sure to complete all requested information, including the 300-500 word "Statement of Purpose" regarding your current goals, plans for your professional career and reasons for selecting this field of study.

Applications for admission to the program can be submitted at any time, although action on those received after November (fall term) or April (spring term) may be delayed.
